Free Tickets Terms

These terms apply to the free tickets offer on liverpool.basketball. By requesting tickets, you agree to them.

1. Who Runs the Offer

The offer is run by Kings Dock Sports Group Limited, operator of Liverpool Basketball ("we", "us"). Contact: privacy@kingsdocksports.co.uk

2. The Offer

  • Free tickets to Liverpool Basketball's home game on Sunday 25 October 2026 at M&S Bank Arena, Liverpool.
  • You can request between 1 and 4 tickets. The number of tickets available is limited.
  • Tickets are for general admission seats chosen by us. Seat upgrades, merchandise and other extras are not included unless we tell you otherwise.

3. Who Can Request

  • You must be 18 or over to request tickets. Children may attend on your tickets as long as they are with you, subject to the arena's entry rules.
  • One request per person. Duplicate, incomplete or false requests may be rejected.
  • Employees of Kings Dock Sports Group Limited and their immediate families may not request tickets.

4. How to Request and Closing Date

  • Fill in the form on liverpool.basketball with accurate details.
  • Requests close at 23:59 (UK time) on Friday 23 October 2026. Requests received after that will not be accepted.

5. How Tickets Are Allocated

  • On Saturday 24 October 2026, tickets will be allocated by random draw from all valid requests.
  • If your request is successful, the M&S Bank Arena box office will email you, and your tickets will be sent to you by email. If you have not heard from the box office before the game, your request was not successful.
  • If your tickets cannot be delivered to the email address you gave, we may give them to someone else.

6. Instagram Extras

From time to time we may choose people who follow @liverpool.basketball and tag us for seat upgrades, merchandise or other extras. Recipients are chosen at random from eligible followers who tag us. This is not sponsored by, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

7. Ticket Conditions

  • Tickets have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be resold or transferred for payment. Resold tickets may be cancelled.
  • Entry is subject to the arena's terms and conditions of entry.
  • Travel and any other costs of attending are your responsibility.

8. Changes and Cancellation

If the game is postponed or cancelled, or circumstances beyond our control require it, we may change or withdraw the offer. We will tell you by email if this affects tickets we have confirmed to you.

9. Your Data

We use the details you give us to handle your request, as explained in our Privacy & Cookies Policy. If you are selected, we share your name, email address and number of tickets with the M&S Bank Arena box office so it can issue your tickets. We will only send you marketing updates, by email or text message, if you answer "Yes" on the form. You can opt out at any time.

10. General

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
